Dr. Harroche is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, as well as female pelvic medicine and reconstructive pelvic surgery. Dr. Harroche specializes in the diagnosis and management of complex gynecological and female urologic disorders, such as,
urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, obstetrical injuries, fistulas, bladder pain syndrome and sexual dysfunction. In addition, she offers a wide range of conservative therapies, minimally invasive vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic
reconstructive surgical options, as well as neuromodulation and cystoscopic procedures.
